These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Genix Rental Power Solutions (“we,” “our,” “us”). By renting our equipment or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
- Rental of diesel generators (30–2000 kVA), silent generators, load bank services, maintenance, and custom power solutions.
- Delivery, installation, and technical support as per the agreed rental contract.
2. Rental Agreement
- A formal quotation and rental contract will be provided before deployment.
- Rental period begins from the date of delivery/installation and ends upon equipment return.
- Client is responsible for providing site access, space, and safe conditions for installation.
3. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are quoted in INR (₹).
- Payment terms will be specified in each rental contract (e.g., advance, periodic, or full settlement).
- GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law.
- Late payments may attract penalties or service suspension.
4. Equipment Use & Responsibility
- Equipment remains the property of Genix at all times.
- Client must operate equipment only as per safety and technical guidelines.
- Damage due to negligence, misuse, or site conditions will be billed to the client.
5. Maintenance & Support
- Genix provides regular checks, preventive maintenance, and 24×7 technical support.
- Refueling may be managed by Genix or the client, depending on agreement.
6. Cancellations & Termination
- Cancellation before delivery may incur administrative fees.
- Genix reserves the right to terminate service if:
- Payments are not made on time.
- Equipment is misused or operated unsafely.
7. Liability & Warranty
- Genix ensures all equipment is tested and compliant before deployment.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, including production downtime, business interruptions, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid for the service period.
8. Force Majeure
Genix is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, etc.).
9. Intellectual Property
All content on www.genixindia.com, including text, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Genix Power Rental and may not be copied without written permission.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
